The approach
292 hours. 34 deep-dive interviews. 7 competitor analyses. The result? 25 individuals whose stories brought Kainos to life.
We took their photos and turned them into Kainos. Silhouettes merged with their own words, hand-drawn into something unmistakable.
Then came ‘Kainos Smooth’— a custom typeface shaped by their unique personality. Across digital, billboards, and everything in between, the human element never faded.
The EVP couldn’t be clearer: “Our People Write Our Story.” Not a marketing team. Not an agency. The actual humans who make Kainos what it is. And they wrote one hell of a story…
The results
On a modest budget, the campaign delivered:
- 40% talent community growth (smashing the 15% target).
- 50% growth in LinkedIn interest.
- 2 million impressions and 1,000 new followers.
- A soar in applications – Poland (+52%), US (+55%).
