The Challenge
Credicorp is one of the leading financial groups in Latin America. Nine companies, 46,000 employees and around 20 million global clients. But it wasn’t top of mind for impressive global talent looking to build careers. Our goal was for Credicorp to become a global employer of choice in finance.
The Approach
Focusing on top finance talent and hard-to-recruit roles, we targeted folks from the world’s best business universities, with a particular focus on increasing applications from women. We established Credicorp’s position as “The Best Place for the Best” using transcreation to create a campaign that delivered in both English and Spanish, and bold, vibrant colours to weave in the group’s South American influence.
